How I Started:
Sports in High School got me into working out. Started to see some great results back then.
Why I Love It:
I am not getting any younger. Gets harder to stay in shape as you get up in age. But the feeling is fantastic when you walk out the doors of the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have kids and need to stay fit to keep up with them

I think I still have a school record in powerlifting, for squat, bench and deadlift. that was back in 91 though

i am trying what is called the Cardio Giant Cardio.
this is where you start out on treadmill or track for 7 minutes for warm up(2 min walk 5 min 3/4 pace run) then depending on what body part you are working you do a giant set with minimum of 4 execises, then back to the run for 7 minutes....
