When I couldnt fit into size 36 pants any more and its a new year and my resoultion was to have a six pac by summer. I would like to be a size 32 or 34. 34 was what I was all throu high school.
My goal is stay at 205 Lbs but have a killer looking sixpac and bigger arms and legs. I would like to see this happen by the end of July. At the beginning of the year I was at 230 Lbs and a size 36 pants. The spare tire I started carrying around really grossed me out, so now I want that sixpac badly
Yah, I just think that if I keep my protein high enough, it'll maintain most of my muscle. I've seen visible results, especially in my stomach area. If I notice muscle breakdown, I'm guna immediately either cut down on cardio or boost my calories.
nice structure. I do 40 mins of cardio every morning and night. I workout 5 days a week, high intensity and I carb cycle with a strict diet. I have no clue what bodyfat % I'm at right now, I'm gonna get it checked tomorrow. Depending on the results of that appointment, I may change my routine around a little bit. Nice progress, I can definitely see it forming!
