How I Started:
Well i started working out when i was 14 but didnt stick to it. I didnt get serious until i was 20 because i had left my job at fedex ground and was waiting on a new job at kaiser, i gained about 20lbs in a few short weeks and my grandmother had noticed the weight gain so i started using my balley pass to lose weight but got hooked on weight lifting.
Why I Love It:
Its a great stress relief and will keep me around longer and healthier for my wife and my son.
How I Stay Motivated:
My wife and son motiviate me the most. Another thing that helps is seeing some of the patients i see where i work, i never want to end up like some of them.
BB Accomplishments:
10.5% BF.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
depends on what im looking for that day. If i want bulk i go 4-6. if i want to feel i mean burn and stretch i go 15-20

1-2 mins. i dont want to let my heart rate slow too much i like to keep a constant sweat
