II want to change my life but seem to procrasinate constantly. I can never seem to get myself on the right path - I can go in spurts where for a few weeks I follow my guidelines but it takes on craving or mistake and everything flushes down the drain again. I can't keep a diet in order even if my life depended on it and I cannot go a week without smoking marijuana. It's getting worse now that after 16 years Im beginning to get anxiety attacks which are the scariest experience because you cannot control them. I am looking for all the help I can get in reaching my goals. Any tips on diets or so on please give me a shout.
Thanks
Ducey

Yeah it's good to know there are others that have the same prob as me and they manage to look as good as you caz when I look around the office there's no one like that there :-)
i dont count grams of protein but each meal i have has some protein (almost always, at least) ...breakfast- WW bread and eggs. Lunch- Turkey sandwich + veggies ...dinner- some meat dish (fish and veggies usually) and cottage cheese before bed. i figured as long as i get some in with each meal, i should be good. how about yourself? whats your plan. PS once u start eating natural foods, after a few weeks u wont even crave the junk :)
hey! things are good, thanks. I just started a cut and am strength training 3 days a week, and doing cardio 5 days a week. plus eating a sh!t ton of protein. Feels good man! how are things with you?
heyy matt =) things are going well. just finishing up my semester at school...kinda getting stressed out about my assignments. but still making it a point to get some sort of workout in. how are things going with you? enjoying the sunnier weather? it's definitely about time...winter was brutal this year!
hey matt =) i couldn't actually find you on facebook. mine's "maya darghawth"..so you can add me haha. i think firefighting is definitely an admirable profession. and i think it's so important to be happy with where you work and what you do -it's just tough in these times. i've heard about the tons of job cuts general motors has had to do lately...anyway, hopefully spring is just around the corner, although i really hate losing an hour of sleep lol...
hey! i know exactly what you mean about winter. it's exciting around christmas time...and then in january...but now i'm just dying to have spring weather so i can put my winter parkas away!
i'm actually still in school -i study english and philosophy..and i work as a lifeguard part time...puts me through school...how about you? what do you do?
i live in mississauga..just outside of toronto. i kinda noticed that everyone on here that's added me is from the states. so your canadian location stood out haha..at least someone to relate to the cold with =P
