hope to lose body fat , about 10 % , im doing it by diet and a lot of lifting , i did not start with 19.3 inch arms , but i didn't lift for about 8 month because lifes like that sometimes, but this time im not going to stop hope to make this life changing and gain better dedication , i dont take pics when im pumped
