What bicep workout has worked best for you?
i try to mix it up but i think concentrated curls (preacher) but havent done it 4 a while 21's seem to work best at the moment

week and a half ago , i was doing pulldowns on my golds bench with lat attachment , i was doing fast and slow eccentric pull downs , the next thing i know i snap the bar and the thing hits my head , i dont know if i overloaded the the ,,,,,, thing or what, anyhow , i just brought new set up...
