When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

Constant hate for being the skinniest kid in high school got old. At 6'0" 125lbs my freshmen year of high school, most females outweighed me. It took a while to really learn and understand how to workout and how to eat and how to grow, but once I did, I never looked back....

WHY I LOVE IT:

Honestly, whats not to love? Every day is another opportunity to push the limits of your physique. I absolutely love the sport and lifestyle. I will not stop trying to improve.

guest Hey Ryan i'm thinking about mixing creatine mono, protein and waxy maize (all ON supplements) together for one big post workout shake. Is this a good idea? or should i take them at separate times? how much water should i be mixing them with? they all say 6-8 oz, should i use around 20oz of water or just 6-8?
