I have always loved the weights! I started goofing off with them @13 yrs old but since 2004 I got back into the groove and been inspired by the whole community of bodybuiling. Time to try to make my own greatness!
Why I Love It:
The obeidence, and the every day life style. Stepping into the gym we are all the same in a sense to acheive optimal conditioning. On the streets day to day we are different, but come gym time I feel thats where the true come to live and inspire.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at myself and seeing myself hidding behind layers of fat. I want to see all my hard work I've done busting my ass. numbers is one thing but to have the whole package is better.
BB Accomplishments:
Too get into top razor sharp shape, and some day in near furture to compete.
By next 10/31 going to be ripped for my costume as a shirtless firefighter!LOl!
Goal (Long):
Growing up I have carried a little more weight then I wanted. Its been a battle and a long journey for me, I have always tried and been active from school sports and living an active life but that stubborn fat has been with me. I want to set an great example of dedication hard work and being mentally strong as well as physically for my two kids. I want to make the Lord,my family, and myself proud. I am going to get into contest competion and compete!
Got the hook up from my Gym! They dang near gave me a 5lb of protein for less the 20 bones! super pumped! Feel like I can be more track again, can finally drop my 7am canned tuna for a Yummy protein with bannana drink.

I'm a data analyst... I hate my job lol it's so whack unless you're into this type of stuff. I found fitness....even though the Air Force really only cares if you have a small waist and can run. But I enjoy helping people live healthier lifestyles.
Oh no I've enjoyed it and I'm glad I joined because it helped me to find what I really love and what I want to do with my life. :-) Man this food is awful out here I train hard but I've put on a few lbs and I'm scared to see what my body fat is looking like. How about you?
I have 13 lol so it's too late for me. I've heard mixed things about competing and tattoos, I honestly believe it's far more excepted than we think esp for males
I agree with you on the spinning class but damn is it affective lol :) you justy can't deny it and it is more fun than a treadmill. At least I usually have a nice view in front of me.
thanks bro. I do spinning 2-4 times a week, depending on the amount of time I have. I understand what you said, I am not looking forwards to the loose skin :(
Yeah I agree. After overeating on thanksgiving, need to increase cardio to keep up with my goals... got to reach that 100 lbs loss! How are you doing? And I like the idea for next Halloween!
Hey bro, thanks for the support! I really appreciate it. My cardio is about 30 minutes of jump rope most of the time or I take spinning class. As for lifts, I do the push/pull/legs and go heavy! All out!
yeah, it's easier to skip a meal, but don't..You burn muscle when you do that, its called catabolism..
Salt: Use sea salt if you use any, it is a great cell volumizer, bringing you more mass in time..
It takes time to get that lower portion of fat off, cardio is usually what takes it off, keep doing the spinning, but be sure you are eating enough to support fat loss and not let your body go catabolic..It can do that if you don't eat the way you should..
