I'm grest.I just got back in the gym after a three month layoff. I have had some changes with my job and I went back to school to finish my degree. Also, I'm just not going to post any pics until I'm ready. Great to see you though, you have always been one of my favorites on Bodyspace.

Probably so, My deal is doing something different is hard sometimes. I have been doing this now over 20 years( started when I was 12) and have always been able to drop weight fast. But my body is reacting differently this time around. I out work everyone in my gym to be honest and I complete cardio (50 minutes) 5 to 6 days a week and eat very low carbs 5 day a week and load them on the weekend. but results are still slow. But thanks for the insight and advice.

Yea, i have been critiqing my diet and exercise routines. I have seen minor changes and my bf has gone down a couple of percent but my weight is moving slowly. Thanks for the advice.

I agree with you a 100% about the Goku character. Goku was supposed to be asian and built. Totally messed up the whole DBZ look.
