When I Started: 1987
How I Started: When I was twelve, one of my sisters friends who had always been pretty skinny started lifting weights. He had put on a lot of muscle over the summer. He was also getting a lot new found attention from girls. After seeing him and the way he had transformed his body, I decided that I wanted to be big too. So I asked my dad for a weight set. He bought me a used concrete weight set from out of the newspaper and a $35 dollar bench from the hardware store. I have been in love with weight lifting ever since.
Why I Love It: Working out is the best feeling in the world to me! There is no other thing that I can really push my self to the limit and still fell awesome when I finish. I love the feeling of moving heavy iron and challenging my self., to me there is no greater feeling.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated by knowing that I have greatness in me and by also knowing that in order to master other areas of my life I must first master my body, mind and soul.
BB Accomplishments: None Yet! But they are coming!

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): " My Goal is to get my bodyfat down to the single digits within one year while maintaining the muscle that I currently have. "
Goal (Long): "My ultimate goal is to get my bodyfat in the low single digits and to really discover how my body looks without any bodyfat. I have allways wanted to compete in a bodybuilding contest and complete my personal training certification. I know that in order to accomplish my goals I will first have to master my body. My goal is to get between 225-245lbs of bodyweight with between 6.5 - 9 percent bodyfat within one year. It really does not matter to me what my weight will be as long as I am cut. I have never had my bodyfat below 10% since I have started my quest to get big.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 70 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 6%
