How I Started:
When I was twelve, one of my sisters friends who had always been pretty skinny started lifting weights. He had put on a lot of muscle over the summer. He was also getting a lot new found attention from girls. After seeing him and the way he had transformed his body, I decided that I wanted to be big too. So I asked my dad for a weight set. He bought me a used concrete weight set from out of the newspaper and a $35 dollar bench from the hardware store. I have been in love with weight lifting ever since.
Why I Love It:
Working out is the best feeling in the world to me! There is no other thing that I can really push my self to the limit and still fell awesome when I finish. I love the feeling of moving heavy iron and challenging my self., to me there is no greater feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by knowing that I have greatness in me and by also knowing that in order to master other areas of my life I must first master my body, mind and soul.

" My Goal is to get my bodyfat down to the single digits within one year while maintaining the muscle that I currently have. "
Goal (Long):
"My ultimate goal is to get my bodyfat in the low single digits and to really discover how my body looks without any bodyfat. I have allways wanted to compete in a bodybuilding contest and complete my personal training certification. I know that in order to accomplish my goals I will first have to master my body. My goal is to get between 225-245lbs of bodyweight with between 6.5 - 9 percent bodyfat within one year. It really does not matter to me what my weight will be as long as I am cut. I have never had my bodyfat below 10% since I have started my quest to get big.
I have been back training for a while, but not really posting anything to my blog. I have been reading those that catch my eye and looking at the picture of those transformations that inspire me. I have always loved to work out but bodybuilding is very different. It's one thing to test...

Thanks, I've always followed a path of what I feel I should..sometimes deliberation takes a bit longer to reach a conclusion, I also know that I will come back to the iron but just need to be somewhere else..
Thanks, I just saw Warner. It was a tough decision like breaking up with someone I still love but knowing its best - weird huh?! But I had been doing it regularly for a real long time, so to stop to get back down to a more comfortable feel will be difficult..

The body adapts all the time and needs different stimuli to change. Get rid of this age old routine and start something different. Low carb may not suit you or you could be doing too much loading at the weekends..Make workouts shorter and more intense, you know that if you left the gym feeling like you could've done that all over again then you just didn't work hard enough - listen to your body..even with food, some people don't know when to stop eating, pay attention to the signals xox
To be perfectly frank, it isn't that hard to drop body fat and get in shape. It is more of a mental aspect facing up to the fact that we don't work as hard as we think we do and we certainly eat too much even though we think we don't! I go through it a lot saying ok next week I'll do better!LOL! learning to be mindful is key :)
My girl is 3 today, I am knackered trying to get everything sorted for her party on saturday. Training is ok. You still haven't got new pics up, if you have to wait too long for results, methods aren't working..quick word of advice, if you don't see minor changes weekly then you need to change your methods..
