I started lifting when I was 12 in the 8th grade and I was playing football at the time.I was basically playing football so that when I started wrestling this year(I'm a sophomore)then I would be in decent condition and have power over alot of my opponents.I still need to learn technique.
Why I Love It:
I feel strong, and it has given me confidence in myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think to myself that if I half-ass through a set or rep, some other wrestler out there is working harder than me.

I want to become a state champ in Tennessee.I will do this by getting down to about 7% body fat while at the same time getting stronger, putting on more muscle, and getting in super wrestling shape over the summer.I would like to get into mma fighting in a few years.
Hey Big D! I'm just recovery from leg day and getting ready to eat. Hope all is going well w/ your training and wrestling stuff. Happy St. Patrick's Day!
i did really good but i got screwed over at the end of the season with pnemonia 2 weeks b4 districts and keepn all my weight off made it worse so i didnt get to go to state but i closed the season at 20-6
lifes been crazy busy & stressful... my goal is survival!!! lol!! no actually... i want to eat better (cut the sugar), drink less coffee, and find balance in training, life, and work. what about you?
Yes, it is possible to burn fat and build muscle at the same time. You just have to do your cardio at separate times than when you are weight training. When I train I will sometimes do 30 mins. of cardio after weights but not always. I'm good. Keep up the great work, you can do it!
if i wise up ill go to state but i have the toughest district for my weight class i have 4 or five of the top 15 in state in my district alone if i go to state itll be 4th seat in district 4.
to get better just runn and keep practicing thats really the only thing u can do my season right now is 15-2 i lost to the guy that is the state champion
hmmm... Great question D... right now I just want to focus on me. My short term goal would be to maintain and my long term is to transform. I still have some work to do. There is not enough space to right all my goals and I'm in the process of still figuring some out. What about you?
Hi D! Thank you. Hope your holidays were fabulous. I do not make resolutions. Instead, I set goals for myself. Some long term, sometimes short term depending on the goal. This way I accomplish my goals. EVERYBODY breaks their resolutions. On that note, MOST always achieve their goals. Have a great weekend.
