Workout Program:
Monday and Wednesday: step aerobics this includes not only
the step, but some kickboxing, weights
and abs.
1 hour each day

Tuesday and Thursday: aerobic kickboxing. this includes
some abs (once in a while weights)
1 hour each day

I try to walk as much as possible or at least be active in one way or another.

I am wanting to do more weight training
