hey there. how has it been going for you? went to my meeting last night and lost another 3.4 lbs or something that makes the grand total 7.0 lbs now. get ahold of me if you want to go to the stadium. im in the phone book or call mly sister she will give you my number.

i always feel crappy when i dont get my exercise in. and even worse when i fall of the diet. cant give up..you can do it.

i shouldnt get down on myself so much, i have been told by some that it looks like i have lost some weight so i mean that is a good sign. i just dont feel it for myself. ou on the other hand look great and i hope before too much longer i can say i have lost a dress size. thank you so much for the advice and i will be sure to look into that video.thanks again
