How I Started:
between two kids, a hysterectomy, and not smoking anymore i put on ALOT of weight. i got tired of not looking good.
Why I Love It:
working out makes me feel good.
How I Stay Motivated:
my husband and family telling me that i look like i have lost weight or i am toning up. plus i joined a couple of classes at the ymca, that gives me a little variety.
BB Accomplishments:
i have noticed a slight change in my body...just wish i could see a BIGGER differance
when i was a child i was always on the chubby side. then in high school i lost alot of weight. felt good about myself. then i gained it all back after kids and such. now i am ready to be able to go outside with my kids and run and play without getting out of breathe or feel like all my fat is jiggling all about. i am ready to feel good again.
i havent been very faithful these last few weeks with my ymca workouts. i feel horrible about that, but i told my husband that when its nice out i would rather be outside working out, so that is what i have been doing. i really havent been pushing myself like i was due to the fact i think i...

0.8 pound loss is great considering all the weight you lost at first. You should be proud...not disappointed! Are you eating your extra points and your exercise points? If not that could be part of the problem. WW doesn't allow much in the way of calories and if you are exercising alot and you are not eating enough, your body responds by slowing ur metabolism down.
GF....don't sweat missing class!! You really should change things up...so missing a class is good as long as you are doing something else!! Hit me up with your weigh-in!!
Great job! I was doing really well until today. Oh well, extra work outs tomorrow. I'll probably go up to the stadium tomorrow sometime. I'll get ahold of you.
I am soo proud of you. 7 pounds in 2 weeks!! Girl, and you are looking good, I really can see it. As cute as you are, you need to take some pics...now so you can see the progress...you would have seen alot so far with 7 pounds off!
