My sisters boyfriend bought some weights/equiptment for the garage n i started just mucking around with them. soon i joined the gym and now workout as a neccassity
Why I Love It:
Coz wen ur at the gym nothing bothers you, you fell all pumped up, stronger and healthier.

haha by lookin in the mirror. Not arragontaly speakin, but wen u noticed ur body becoming biggger, n more ripped its a real reward. also i kno that if i stop ill become way too lazy

I normally workout 5 days a week: mon-fri. Monday is chest and tris. Tues is back,sholder n bi's. wed is legs n abs. thursday is chest n tris again and fri is back shoulders n bis again.

Thanks for dropping by and check my profile. Training is going well at the moment but I struggle to shift the BodyFat. Will post some progress pics early Feb. All of the best with your training.
I'm starting right now following the exercises which BB recommends using only my bodyweight when nobody is at home, because my parents don't let me go to a gym! I think that in a gym you can see faster results than training at home, if I can go to a gym and get some muscles I would like to compete! What about you?
