This was a pretty challenging year for me. I started off strong on my diet and workout plan. Then I had a pretty horrible event happen that threw me way off track! Ready to throw in the towel, I talked to my friend Kelly and she encouraged me to try. Even though I came into the contest about 10 pds heavier than what I wanted, I learned and it was a good experience. |
