yea, in december during the holidays, during the 6 wks i'm in a sling i'm still gonna train everything else, the at the beginning of next year i'm gonna try to bring the left arm/chest back...i'm sticking to natural shows, so it's not like ppl are gonna blow by me in size if i take the time to be symmetrical

yea, the smith machine and cable bench have become my best friends, i train at 12 reps w/ next to no rest and i still try to switch up the workouts, so i've been able to maintain size...my left dealt is a little smaller though

thx, i tore the labrum in my shoulder and i'm gonna get it fixed, but for now i can't do the lifts i need to gain size, i'll be back on stage nxt year tho

upper back? upright rows for sure...i go through periods of time when i do them heavy, and then sometimes i prexhaust w/ pullups and do them at high reps w/ short rest periods

your diet should be opposite actually, you need the protein from meat to maintain muscle mass, the carbohydrates is what your going to cut back on, you should limit your carbs to early in the day and cut them off as the afternoon rolls around

im just maintaing right now, i'm traveling a lot for work and deciding what to do about my shoulder, but i'm able to do enough to stay in shape, and i'm thankful for that
