Thanks for your response. All of your dieting and hard work have definitely paid off, and it does not look like your shoulder has slowed you down much.
As for me, I am working on cutting after bulking. I have to say I have been slacking a little but I have to fight that winter hibernation instinct. It should not be that hard in south Florida.
ok. yea that's good that you're able to work around it. and it's also a good sign in terms of the extent of the injury. are you gonna get surgery to repair it?
wow. that sucks. from the pics though you still look like you're keeping your size though. have you been able to at least compensate for the moves you can't do?
lol @ the 7 day HIIT..when i do it its only for like 15 minutes...i need to try to up that to at least 30 i think...but i have an oct deadline to get down to at least 200...im at 215 now but i want a drastic change so im sure i would look great if i can survive it lol
cutting diet...?...well come to think of it i really dont have one lol...any suggestions? my plan was to just stop eating meat and only eat veggies fruit and yogart...and maybe some seafood but thats it....and cereal from time to time
