hello dear i need some advice. I have been dealing with trying to get my wife motivated in losing some wieght she wants to lose but lacks disciplined to stick to the diet. So i have been fixing all her meals for her but i think she still cheats and eats bad things. I also think she is mad becouse i have lost my wieght i tryed to tell her in a nice way its becouse i stick to the game plan. Would you happen to have any ideas?

thank you so much for your kind comments. That meens alot. Its nice to here from some one with the same goals. My wieght is still at 215 im not going to get any lighter. How ever i am lossing body fat and gaining muscle that a plus.
