I was at 292 in this pic. was very misrible and desided to try to lose the wieght.

I have went from 290 to 215 from july of 2008 to december of 2008 now my goal is to rebuild muscle that was lost during the loss of the extra wieght and i still have just a little around the waist an its being very stuborn infact its stating to piss me off
