How I Started: They had a gym at a camp I used to go to when I was a child. First started when I was 14. Fell in love with it and NEVER missed a workout. Wish I still had the same motivation.
Why I Love It: The pump, the energy, the confidence and the sense of accomplishment.
How I Stay Motivated: Wish I stayed motivated more than I do. What helps me most is to see results. Compliments are great but if I don't see it, it doesn't matter.
BB Accomplishments: Learning to hit my chest properly and I had an 8-pack once (I want it back).

Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Muscle memory. I was 165 lbs with 8% bodyfat. After AWHILE out of the gym I'm back to 147 lbs (my standard weight) with 12.8% bf. Goal #1 is to get back to where I was. Why I've been out of the gym is my dirty little secret.
Goal (Long): I want my shoulders to be wider than the dry cleaning hangers in my closet. On my ectomorph poster-child frame, 175 pounds with very little bodyfat should do the trick overall.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 28 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 5%

Workout Program:
I usually work crazy hours. Example: M-F 8:00am-9:00pm, Sat 10:00am-6:00pm. For this reason, I am going to try a three day a week program:

Monday - Shoulders, chest, biceps, abs (lower concentration).

Wednesday - Legs, abs (upper concentration).

Friday - Back, triceps, abs...

Are you taking other supplements than the ones on your list? What is your favorite product? Do you like creatine and nitric oxide (no2)? Thanks man.
