They had a gym at a camp I used to go to when I was a child. First started when I was 14. Fell in love with it and NEVER missed a workout. Wish I still had the same motivation.
Why I Love It:
The pump, the energy, the confidence and the sense of accomplishment.
How I Stay Motivated:
Wish I stayed motivated more than I do. What helps me most is to see results. Compliments are great but if I don't see it, it doesn't matter.
BB Accomplishments:
Learning to hit my chest properly and I had an 8-pack once (I want it back).

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
In my head. I have a ridiculous memory and for the most part, remember my previous workouts to the "T".

Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?
It's given me confidence, which carries over into anything else I do.

What are your personal NON-FITNESS life goals?
I want to master trading the E mini S&P 500. I'd like to buy a 2,000 sq ft loft in Manhattan for cash and maybe a condo in Vegas. I want to travel, I want to learn piano and I'd like to take cooking classes. There are more, but these will do for now.I want to master trading the E mini S&P 500.
