When I Started:
How I Started:
i started lifting when i was 13 to get in better shape. i got very serious about lifting when i started playing football in the 10th grade. i quickly realized i was too small to play and needed to compete with kids my size. started power lifting for my local high school and became a 3 time state qualifier at my respected weight class of 139. i have been lifting ever since!
Why I Love It:
i love lifting/bodybuilding because i love pushing myself to the limits of what i can mentally and physically handle.
How I Stay Motivated:
this is really weird but i motivate myself. i want 5% body fat and i will get where i need to be.
