dslxic It's been a real tough spring so far. I'm getting to the gym, but little to no energy while there. Starting to burn out and fading fast.

dslxic Just a mediocre workout tonight...but a workout nonetheless. 2 weeks left of shredding then I can go back to 4 or 5 days a week.

dslxic Great lifting session today. Killed it on the Back, Traps and Bi's with heavy weights and pushed hard to get that last rep. Lots o'cardio!

Chizeleddown How long have u been doin this routine? I am committing one day a week to legs starting this year...and so far I have been able to do it...besides a week down for being sick. It helps to hear from others what works and then just starting...I have strong legs but I haven't ever pushed them much. Thanks again Feb 6, 2013 3:00pm
