How I Started:
I initially started working out for football and track, but now that high school's over, I just want to work out and stay in shape for my own personal benefit.
Why I Love It:
With all of the stuff going on with school, I get really stressed out, and working out is one of the only things that really takes my mind off of everything.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love the feeling of getting done with a hard workout, and the feeling in the morning. It makes me want to get right back into the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
i want to have a solid structure and to look and feel good.

I'm tired of always having that extra fat on me, so I'm getting rid of it. Its kinda hard out at school with so much other stuff going on, but its well worth it in the end, and it will help me throughout other aspects in my life if I can accomplish my goal.

ive just been running a couple miles here and there, not like the 10 miles i used to run though a day. and i few push-ups and sit-ups and other ab work outs, but not like i used to do for track not anywhere near as much as i used to do
ive been trying to get back in the mode that i was in when i did cross-country and track, but so far i have failed haha but at least i have been trying haha
