How I Started:
I used to be a fat kid and wanted to try and cut some weight and build some muscle for lacrosse.
Why I Love It:
I was able to lose 80 pounds over the course of my freshman year in college and increase my strength dramatically.
How I Stay Motivated:
By putting up more weight everytime at the gym and seeing better and better results .
