How's training going there for you? All is well here as I am off season now just eating lots and lots of good foods and lifting high weight low reps. Just curious I noticed that you are taking weight loss supps may I ask why since you look pretty lean to me in my eyes. Have a wonderful weekend and train hard.
oatmeal, egg whites, chicken breast, tilapia, turkey breast and turkey pastrami, vegetbales, brown rice yams potatoes, whey shakes, and multi vitamins, hey man cut out the fat burner you dont need it and it will make your mass gains slower, i train abs everyday, rope crunches, weighted side bends and leg lifts
Hey bud! How you doin'? I just wanted to throw this out there, but don't worry so much about losing bodyfat because from the looks of it, you don't have any. Just hit it hard in the gym, keep taking your whey, and eat your ass off to get those muscles growing.
