Loose weight to join the US Air Force.

Decided my current career is not for me(Currently a Prison Officer for the State of Colorado). Started the South Beach diet in May 2009. Weighted 295 when started. Was on it fully May and June and most of July, Was on it so-so in August. Weighted in August with a Air Force recruiter at 274. Now at 260 September 15 2009. Need to get to 214 to enlist.

She motivates me. When I hit where I want to be I hope that when we go place that other women go DAM and get a little jealous of her HAHA sounds childish but I know it would also boost her self esteem...more

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I workout right after I get up. My motivation is to better myself physically, mentally, and by doing that I will improve my life by cutting down my fat and enlisting.

Workout Program:
I jog everyday. Have been for little over a month now, but will be starting a weight training workout this Monday(9/21/09). Its a 12 week program and it will be done at my house. Local gyms suck and charge outrages prices. I can also work out after work. We have a staff gym at the Prison I work...

Thanks for the advice on my blog....I have gone to a chiropractor....he helped me a ton, but on the last visit, he hurt me. Now I'm a bit scared.
