When I Started:

How I Started:
Like a lot of guys I got started with weights while trying to add size for football and other sports. It certainly was motivating when the girls began to notice :)
Why I Love It:
I love the feel of the weights and I really love the atmosphere at the gym. I've met some really cool people at Gold's. I workout with a lot of young guys and they bust my ass and give me a hard time about my age lol. But it's all in good fun!
How I Stay Motivated:
I try and change up my routine every now and then. My friends and I push each other. And, of course, any positive feedback really helps keep me motivated!
BB Accomplishments:
Leg pressed 1,080 pounds woooohooo! LOL. For me, that's a lot of weight. Plus I've also maxed out on the bench press at 355lbs.

thanks man - yea been focused on my back alot it was lagging .. now if i can get the chest up too and the legs and... well the rest of me -LOL... like to add about 20 pounds by Dec before i cut ... so summer abs are pretty much out the door, oh well i'll look great come march !.. for sure keep me posted how things are improving man !
Hey i got this post workout drink called anabolic halo have you heard of it and do think it would be alright to try it out also do you know of any good post workout drinks beside this supplement anabolic halo.
well your problem prob lies in your grip width...it might be to wide and bringing it all the way down to your chest is not nescisary, only about two or three inches from your chest or 90 degrees....only for 1 or two reps maxs i would bring it all the way down...i have learned from experience...lol..bringing it all the way down just causes alot of stress on the inner deltoid.
