How I Started:
Like a lot of guys I got started with weights while trying to add size for football and other sports. It certainly was motivating when the girls began to notice :)
Why I Love It:
I absolutely love going to the gym everyday. It's a chance to get away from all the BS and focus on myself for an hour or two each day. I always leave the gym feeling better then when I walked in!
How I Stay Motivated:
I try and change up my routine every now and then. My friends and I push each other. And, of course, any positive feedback really helps keep me motivated!
BB Accomplishments:
Maxed 370lbs on the bench press and leg pressed 1,080lbs.

David, thanks for the comment on my back. I never really worked it until recently. not directly that is, lots of heavy squats and deadlifts though. I changed my focus and now want to get lean. Hope I can make progress to where you are! For me, that would be awesome!
