How I Started:
After being diagnosed with diabetes I decided it was time to place more importance on living a healthier lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
Its just you and your will to do better. I love working out alone because i get alot of thinking done. I love working out with a good lifting partner to push each other to reach new highs.
How I Stay Motivated:
"no matter how good you are there is always someone better" there is always something you can improve upon.

Goal (Long):
All my life I have had a very small and slender build. Basically the complete opposite of my father.
I have never had a problem staying very lean, but this stems from my inablility to put mass on easily. I have already transformed my body from 116lbs (after losing over 25 when I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes) to 170lbs in about 18 months. I would like to continue to gain lean mass and reach my goal of 190+ by 9.9.09.
