How I Started:
Wanted to get better for football so I started lifting. After that it just turned into an addiction.
I also started working out with a trainer at 12 or 13 years old, I guess that's when I first really picked up weights
Why I Love It:
I have nothing else better to do.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching videos of guys that are beasts in the weight room
