I've lifted since high school and in college one of my buddies tought me more about it. When I was in Iraq I got back into lifting serious and when I came back I stuck with it.

I have a workout log book that I keep. People make fun of me for having it, but then they get lost as to what weight they used last and I laugh at them for it. It sure had. My job requires that I be physically fit and by working out on my own, I don't have to settle for just the bare minimum.
