It sure had. My job requires that I be physically fit and by working out on my own, I don't have to settle for just the bare minimum.

So I've been on Ft Lee, VA for over 6 weeks getting some additional training for my job. I don't know what it is about this place, but I'm ready to leave. For the most part training has been going good, I lift every day of the week during lunch and Tuesday and Thursday morning I go to the gym...
