  • i know how it is out there on okitraz! running is the favorite past time! hit those weights tiny! I got lazy for awhile and dropped down to 150 almost then got the gym membership and have been training for about a year now tryin to get it back. im lifting numbers ive never touched before and its awesome!

I recently got myself an Elevation Training Mask 2.0.  I wear it around the house while I watch TV, pick up toys, and do the dishes.  I also wear it when I do my little mini workouts for pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, and burpees.  I went for a run this morning, nothing too crazy, three quarter mile warm-up and 2 and a half miles of intervals.  During the run, I found the my breath rhythm was actually longer and when I finished I found that I wasn't breathing as hard...
