When I Started: May 2008
HOW I STARTED:

well i wanted a body to show off for sure but also to maintain fitness levels.prevent by body against any kind of age old attacks,be stronger,resistent.i mean come on ,no one wants to see themselves suffering when you get old

WHY I LOVE IT:

it's fun especially results make you feel the difference not just physically but also socially,emotionally and mentally

gymratluke Thanks bro, time and consistency gets ya big lifts! Been at it for12 years now. Battled at least 20+ injuries in that time period between my work, play, and lifting. Sucks, I can only imagine what it'd be like if I never had all the set backs. Oh well :/ Feb 10, 2010 11:44pm
