How I Started:
I was tired of sitting on my butt, smoking, eating junk food, and playing video games all the time and decided I needed to get off my ass and make a change. I was also gaining weight like crazy and got up 265lbs(look above for that reason)and felt like crap.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the challenge. I love the feeling of accomplishment every time i go to the gym. It helps me deal with stress. And most of all I feel great and have a ton of energy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Every time I see my fat, out of shape body in the mirror I'm disgusted. My friend that has been lifting for years also motivates me.
BB Accomplishments:
I have increased my bench by 80Lbs.I have gained 2.5" inches on my arms. I can run for long periods without getting winded. I couldn't even do a dip when I started and now I can pump out 40 or so no problem.
