Hey thanks for the kind words. Ive been out for about 2 months seems like 2 years. But im almost pain free gonna give it another week or two just to make sure I dont pull it again coming back too soon.

thanks alot man your like the 4th or 5th person that has said that to me? idont really know what that means haha but i take it as a compliment. as for weights go ive lifted for a long time since like 12-13 but ive also poured concrete since around the same age. so i guess that helped alot with my back pushin the crete around helped with abs too. swingin a 5 pound hammer all day wheelbarrelin stuff like that i guess? good luck with all your goals man.backs lookin good bro

been better man been better. im freakin going crazy i pulled my pec or something and push through for a few weeks and i got worse and worse. so ive been off for a few weeks now and its killin me being away from the gym. hows things with you man?

hey man i know your prolly busy, but if you get some time could you send my your leg workout. i feel like gettin one of them good ol work em til i cry type deals in. just alil change up from my normal squat, press , curl, extentions type deal. thanks alot rich.
