i played youth football my 8th grade year and was told that i was gonna be too small for h.s ball. so i told my dad jim that i wanted to start liftin to get big. he showed me a few things and i was hooked. every rep i did i told myself "you're too small, you're too small." i went from the weight limit of youth 126 to about 160 from the end of the youth season to the start of the h.s ball. i was one of 3 freshman on special teams and one of very few to start as a soph. didnt come off the field after that started both ways olb/ss/rb. even played a lil college rb. size isnt everything unless your talkin heart
Why I Love It:
something i have control over. cant control my height, cant control my hair or lack there of haha. but i sure can control what my body looks like. thats pretty powerful to be able to totally change the way your body looks

i took 5th place over all at state powerlifting (ohio) as a soph. i was 165 and benched 275
hey man--it was totally a compliment. MMA fighters are totally bad ass. and disciplined like no other. I'd love to have their kind of conditioning. You should check out UFC and see 'em in action.
