my deit is pretty sound, 4 a while i was just eatin clean and not countin the calories and when i did i found i was only gettin 1750 so ive increased it to 2500 now so hopefully i should make better gains (fingers crossed) ha how many cals do u try to take in?

i bet its good, i bet it dont half get ya blood pumpin! so r u wantin to do strongman or is it just something u do? 5 day split is, i do mon,chest+calfs. tue,bi's+quads. wed,delts+hams. thur,back+tri's. fri,traps+forearms.

where do u go to do tyre flippin do they have that at your gym? im doin a five day split and its workin 4 me right now, but im still new to it so no matter what i would of done it would of worked, so i keep makin little adjustments as time goes on and the program i do now is tottaly different to the 1 i started with so thats good i suppose.

ha no worries mate! so thats all natural!repped!i take supps but no steriods or anything like that and im slowly gettin rid of the supps as time goes by.training is goin well im still gettin my noob gains so its been great to see my progress. so how many times a week do u lift?

ha thats a good word!ye im after exactly the same,but im not really interested in gettin my bf any lower than 15%.n when u see pro natural bodybuilders before they cut there ****in huge so thats what im aimin 4! we'll get there in time mate!
