How I Started:
me and my mate had bin on about it 4 ages and we did it 4 a while but my mate stopped doin it thats when i got my own home gym stuff and i've got the bug now!
Why I Love It:
i love the burn, i love the sence of achievment when i bang out a wieght i couldn't do 2 weeks ago!

I'm from London. I manage a team that create Game packaging, FIFA10, Harry Potter etc. Your progress pics are coming on. You must be well made up. Been in the states 3 weeks and now 10lb heavier in a bad way.
good mate yeah i havnt counted in a while but just try and eat much as poss like, i work in an office all day so quite hard to get the appetite up, its 11 oclock gone just fillin up on a tin of sardines and some cereal cus i believe that goin 7 or 8 hours without food when asleep cant be good for the old muscle, so get my eat on before i go to bed nothin fatty really just fish, just 28p sardines from asda so wash it down with water so i dont get the taste lol.
split sounds good wish i could get to gym 5 days a week lol, another tyre sesh today was lush, no strongman just love the feeling, does your legs back, biceps real nice feel it for the next week like, how is your diet?
hey bro whats up? yea, i havent been on here much lol. i only come here to post my workouts, so just because i don't get on doesn't mean i stop training and eatting right. I've been doing great. i gained 2 pounds but my stomach is still getting flatter. so i guess i gained some good pounds yay! how have you been doing these past few weeks?
We're only going to Weston-Super-Mare (The Mrs is Welsh but she used to go there all the time as a kid) but its a week somewhere that isn't the same if that makes sense!! And its weird - I struggled to find any Brits on here, then found 2 from this neck of the woods?!! Drink up thy zider (Although it won't do much for your diet hey?!!)

Been improvising, doing as much as I can (Without making my leg/back worse) with bodyweight moves and dumbbells, using the settee for dips, blah blah, you know the sort of thing?!!
Going on holiday next week and the site has got a proper gym - I'm not holding my breath, but somethings better than nothing?!!
yeah mate we do it in the car park of the gym its awesome work my biceps are still aching from mondays session, strange cus doin the tyre flippin doesnt pump your biceps but you dont half feel it for the rest of the week like, wots a 5 day split i aint a clue? but yeah gotta mix it up keep the muscles guessing i reckon
hey mate, i train monday,wednesday, friday, just did an awesome tyre flipping and deadlift sesh today hopefully ill feel it tomorrow like, tyre flipping is the only excercise where i really feel pain in my biceps the day after gotta mix it up keep em guessin, i prob train each muscle evry ten days and dont train any muscle till ll the pain is gone that way you know its fully recoverd, well thats my theory anyhow lol seems to work, wots your train plan at mo wots workin for you ?
Sounds like you are going to make some good gains doing that? I am going to change the exercises i am doing and swap a few around, change my routines?
Going to add more cardio too, not happy with fat loss so going to change that.
