hi doc, I have eliminated junk and processed food for years now,... consistently not eating that stuff is what works for me. Have you tried that?

nooooo, chicken and tuna are definitely not all I eat :) I am always high carbs everyday, LOTS of oatmeal and bread,.. I am eating to prevent weight loss since I'm already lean and I keep needing to eat more and more or I get too skinny. You look incredible!
