I am going to gain muscle for the show next year. And Conditioning will be second to none. Abs will be built out and larger to help lower abs. And to fill out loose skin.

nooooo, chicken and tuna are definitely not all I eat :) I am always high carbs everyday, LOTS of oatmeal and bread,.. I am eating to prevent weight loss since I'm already lean and I keep needing to eat more and more or I get too skinny. You look incredible!
