I started working out in 2003 because I was tired of being skinny and small.
Why I Love It:

Taken in October 2006 when I was still about 155-160. was pretty skinny and had a little more definition in the abs.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
i do it sometimes when the weight gets heavy. doing it on not heavy weights is not ok
Do you socialize while at the gym?
What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
cut sleeve shirt, warm up pants or basketball pants, depending. also sport long sleeves from time to time.

my ab seems to have healed up pretty good so i'm back to full strength. did some smith pressing with incline, military and cg bench all on the smith machine. upped the weight on the incline, so the reps aren't there yet. pretty much expected it, i don't normally up the weight on the bb...
