How I Started:
I started working out during my sophomore year of high school. Around this time, my doctor told me that I was borderline for diabetes and high blood pressure. My weight was 248. I decided to join my school's track & field team.
After finishing high school, I was 200 pounds. Then along came college with the late nite partying and studying which caused my weigh to boom to 296.
Why I Love It:
I love the rush of energy and the pump after a workout.

Seeing my body and mind change before my eyes keeps me motivated.

Goal (Long):
I have been overweight since the 5th grade. That weight increased and followed me into adulthood. At one point in my high school years, I got down to 190, but then I got lazy in college. My main goal is to lose a lot of fat to be healthy and fit into smaller clothes.
Musclez99 was one of those kids who got teased for being thin. I was in the same boat, but got teased for being fat. Musclez99 proves that with the right mindset and motivation, you can achieve your goals.
