I do LISS cardio after my workout for 30-35 minutes. I just started adding a 2nd session of cardio since I am 3 weeks out from finishing Double-T Sports' Transformation Challenge!
I switched to lower volume and heavier weight about 3 weeks ago. Now, I try to stay around the 5 rep range for my working sets, but do go for singles and doubles as well. I have seen a tremendous improvement in my body since changing. I think I was overtraining before.
