My goal is to gain more muscle as well as definition.
Goal (Long):
My goal is gain muscle to improve my strengh. I've been light all my life and normally lacked strengh in allot of tasks. Like my first job I was required to lift and carry 35 lbs (of patatoes and water). I struggled imensensly and I was made fun of. This will never happen again. I know that my dream of having a 6 pac is comming soon. My longterm goal is 165 lbs. (another 20 pounds) while being ripped and having a nice beach body not feeling ashamed of showing off.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb

7.5%

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
They have all the equipement and it costs allot of money to have a decent gym. On top of that pros are that some1 might give you a tip once in a while or get somebody to spot you if your on your own. The cons is sometimes you have to wait for a machine. Hygiene must also be worst since there's more people in the gym.They have all the equipement and it costs allot of money to have a decent gym. What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
Well you should first look at the equipement in the gym is everything that I need is there. You should avoid getting caught by all those fancy televisions on the machines. Yes it might be a nice add on but you have to keep in mind you go the gym to workout not watch television. How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
Once I told my family was starting bodybuilding they immediatly try to disuade me by saying I would never big built. thanks for the encouragment...I currentky do not have leg exercises as I am nursing a thigh/groin injury (going back to Dr. next Thursday...Yeah Abs are missing...no good reason why..so I will add them...I do have a back day (take a look back at the breakdowns)...thanks again!
