How I Started:
Approx 8 years ago I was experiencing chronic Back Pain informed by my Dr that they would need to operate, I thought no way I am going to do everything possible to not let that happen. Visited a Chiropractor and followed every exercise/stretch and piece of advice I was given. Painful and slow recovery, but it worked, I have been able to run various half marathons and over the last few years decided I want to get lean and muscular. I think I'm getting somewhere?
Why I Love It:
Seeing the Results, I have lost over 20lbs since 2004. Now I want to turn fat into muscle.
How I Stay Motivated:
Decide on what I need to do and stick to it.
Change my exercises monthly.
Organise my diet well and avoid eating crap.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm sure I'll add something here at some point.

What an absolutely magnificent transformation. The transformation you have made to your body and life inspires me to hit the gym harder. I believe my goals are achieveable. It must have been hard work mentally and physically to change. Well done!
