College baseball coach drilled contioning and weight lifting in our heads and it stuck with me every since... after college it was off and on for a bit then got back into it 3 years ago but not really serious... been serious for about the last year now, so we'll see what happens

Yea, my little plan... the Army has this Officer program for enlisted people. When I get accepted I report right away and that means I get to leave here 5 months early. I'm crossing my fingers. So your leavin' in 20 days or so, eh? Im jealous. I saw in your profile your from D.C? Are you going back to D.C. then?

Where you deployed to? Are the gym facilities pretty good? If your AF then Im sure they are! lol. I sneak over to the AF gym and workout there bc the Army gym is so ghetto!

I imagine you have to keep your liquids way up. Nothing too much planned, I am still taking it easy after the challenging term I had, catching up on sleep, and getting to train :)
