My junior year of high school I was a 119lb cross country runner. A few of my friends at the time were wrestlers and started inviting me along to workout with them. My results came quick and I was hooked
Why I Love It:
I love watching my physique transform. I'm constantly experimenting with new diet/training tweaks and seeing the results week in and out keeps me going. Its become a great stress relief during deployment recently.
How I Stay Motivated:
Walking into the gym and seeing that person who looks better than i do. Surrounding myself with people with just as much of a drive to hit the gym everyday that i have. I love helping others reach their goals but when it comes time to hit the gym theres only one personality type i can work with and thats someone whos willing to push me
BB Accomplishments:
None so far

Our next show will talk about artificial muscles and we'd like to talk about them with a few body builders around to show real muscles at their finest. If you are interested please contact us. We will be shooting November 23rd or 24th in the Dallas area. It should be an interesting shoot and great exposure for all involved. I look forward to hearing from you. I'll be starting the Mito on 6/1. Everything I seen so far says it a pretty good product. I guess I'll know pretty soon! I'll follow up with you and let you know how it goes as I progress with it. I'll add you as a friend so I don't lose your profile.
SHOW or no SHOW, you look pretty INCREDIBlE! NICE size & Symmetry, with really GREAT ARMS. Just think how much better you'll be by the next time....if that's possible. Thanks for sharing your TERRIFIC PHYSIQUE with us. Be Blessed, Dave.
