I've come to realize, losing fat is easy, adding muscle is where the real difficulty exists (at least for me). At this point, I've packed on several pounds of muscle while minimizing fat gain.

Still concentrating on adding mass while minimizing fat gain. Have increased my strength significantly but am still a scrawny b*stard.
