Felt that I came into this show in my best shape ever. Very happy with my contest prep. Overall, it was a good experience and I felt that I gained knowledge for next time. |

This was a contest I always pictured winning once I turned 40. It was a great thrill. Gary Udit runs an excellent show. Everything was perfect from the contest to the hotel (Sheraton Station Square) to the city (Pittsburgh). |

I trained hard all year for this contest. It was an honor to be on stage during the first call out with two former winners (Bill Lawrence and Kelly Pettiford). Finishing 3rd in my first Team U was great. Am I satisfied? No way....LOL...I'll be back next year looking for 1st! |

It was fun winning the middleweights at this show. I normally compete as a lightweight and did this show as an early season warm-up. I wasn't at my competition weight so I had to compete as a small (161 lbs) middleweight. |
