Been busy training and haven't had a chance to update recently. Everything is going as planned. I switched cardio over to double sessions this week. It doesn't get anymore fun then that.

I train using my own system. I focus my workouts around heavy basic movements. My reps vary anywhere from 4-8 per set. I very seldom work past the 8-10 rep range.

rotties are good dogs! we have one that is boarding for a few weeks as the owner is out of the country and she is a wreck after having been hit by a car 6 weeks ago! She wanders around the clinic and never bothers anyone
