When I first saw Rocky 4 with him and Drago training it got me pumped up and made me want to lift weights.

It's a great stress reliever and outlet for me.

Where do you get your workout programs?
I pretty much just created my own technique of training as regards to number of sets and reps. I go with how my body feels that day.
What time of day do you usually workout?
