I had gained massive weight b.c of the birth control patch and really noticed that my clothes were fititng way to tight so I decided to do something about it
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good- and I love the soreness that I get after a good workout

I tend to follow and rotate exercise plans from Oxygen magazine. But the true fast way to lose lbs is cutting calories in and lots of cardio. In my opinion anyway!
